Diablo 2 is an adopted child of the Blizzard culture at its best. However, Diablo played a role in setting the Blizzard image, through its unique aesthetic with its kitchen sink lore and lore, the most cutting-edge online multiplayer and its endgame of deep abyssal complication and depth.
It's important to lay everything out, but it's not my responsibility as critic to tell you what you should think regarding playing Blizzard game in the year 2021. It's all an individual choice. As someone who enjoys the studio's games, I am unsure and still undecided.
